View Poll Results: Browser Privacy Solution of the Year
i've been using a combo of noscript & request policy for years now (together with systemwide site blocking via /etc/hosts).
if someone could tell me how to replace those two addons with one, please do tell.
one blocks javascript, the other blocks all requests (not only javascript) to other sites completely.
Not sure how NoScript made it on the same list as uBlock or Privacy Badger.
I could understand that NoScript blocks those particular scripts that probably track you (i.e. Google) but I can't say its main purpose was ever privacy.
This is from me using it for a long while now.
On the other hand, I can definitively say that Privacy Badger is a full-on privacy-focused extensions for Firefox.
